Rebric is a modern-day job application that uses data and comparative analysis to find the best candidates to interview. Instead of applying with a cover letter, applicants fill out a questionnaire concerning the skills required for a certain position. Rebric then compares their answers to current employee data, checking for knowledge base, required skill, experience and cultural fit. Employers or recruiters are given a list of top-scoring candidates. They choose who will move on from there.

I did the visual design for the MVP, and worked with our engineer to ensure strong usability while working within our limited startup resources. I also went into the code myself to refine the UI design.
